Water Quality — 6-Stage RO Purification
Every litre of self-refill water passes through JuzWater’s full 6-stage Reverse Osmosis purification system — sediment filter, pre-carbon, carbon block, RO membrane (0.0001 micron), post-carbon polish, and UV sterilisation. The water is tested regularly to ensure consistent quality at pH 7.4 and 99.9% purity.

What containers can I bring for refilling?
You can bring any clean, food-grade container — standard 19L (5-gallon) polycarbonate gallon bottles, 11L (3-gallon) bottles, or any other clean food-grade container. Containers should be rinsed clean before refilling. Avoid containers that previously held non-food substances.
Is the refill water the same quality as JuzWater’s delivered water?
Yes — exactly the same. The refill station draws from the same 6-stage RO purification system used to fill our delivered 19L and 11L bottles. Quality, purity, and pH are identical.
How often should I refill?
For a family of 4 consuming approximately 8 litres per day, a 19L refill lasts roughly 2–2.5 days. For a small office of 5 people, a 19L refill typically lasts 1–2 days depending on consumption patterns.
Can I book a refill appointment?
No appointment needed — walk in during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm). For large-volume refills (multiple containers), it is helpful to WhatsApp us at 019-626 2625 in advance so we can ensure sufficient capacity is ready.
