These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JuzWater’s services, including our website, water delivery services, and related products. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

JuzWater provides:

  • Premium drinking water delivery services
  • Water dispenser rental and sales
  • Custom labeled bottled water
  • Water purification systems and filters
  • Related water accessories and equipment
  • Ordering and Payment
Order Process
  • Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon delivery unless credit terms are arranged
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
  • Corporate accounts may be eligible for credit terms
  • Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts
  • Delivery Terms
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within Klang Valley and surrounding areas
  • Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Access Required: Customer must provide reasonable access for delivery
  • Delivery Charges: May apply based on location and order size
  • Product Quality and Returns
Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our water products. All products meet Malaysian health and safety standards.

Returns and Refunds
  • Defective products will be replaced at no charge
  • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • Custom labeled products are non-returnable unless defective
  • Equipment and Maintenance
  •  Rental equipment remains the property of JuzWater
  • Customer is responsible for reasonable care of equipment
  • Regular maintenance is included in rental agreements
  • Damage or loss may result in repair or replacement charges
  • Equipment must be returned upon termination of service
  • Liability and Disclaimers
Important Limitations:
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of products or services provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.

  • Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
