What Water Do You Get?
All prepaid packages use JuzWater’s 6-stage RO purified water in standard 19L polycarbonate bottles — the same water trusted by hundreds of KL offices. Each bottle undergoes sediment filtration, dual carbon filtration, RO membrane filtration (0.0001 micron), post-carbon polishing, and UV sterilisation before sealing. The result: 99.9% pure water, free from chlorine, heavy metals, bacteria, and microplastics, at a balanced pH of 7.4.

Delivery Coverage — KL & Klang Valley
Prepaid water delivery is available across all of Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley — including KL Sentral, Bangsar, KLCC, Cheras, Wangsa Maju, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam, Ampang, and Kajang. Most KL addresses qualify for same-week first delivery.
Is there a minimum order per delivery?
Yes — the minimum per delivery run is 5 bottles (19L each). This allows us to optimise our delivery routes and keep costs down, passing the savings to you through the prepaid pricing.
What happens to the bottle deposit?
A refundable deposit is collected on your first delivery for the number of bottles delivered. The deposit is returned in full when you return the empty bottles at the end of your service, provided the bottles are in good condition (no cracks, deformation, or damage).
Can I upgrade my package mid-way?
Yes. If you start with a 20-bottle package and want to upgrade to a 50-bottle package, you can top up the difference at the current prepaid rate. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will apply the upgrade immediately.
Do the credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If unused credits remain after 12 months, please contact us to discuss a renewal or refund arrangement.
